Our cruises last between 60 and 75 minutes, depending on the cruise and traffic on the canals.

You can buy tickets directly on the boat, at our Ticket Shop, at our restaurant Smidtje Canal Café, or online. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and avoid disappointment in case the boat is full.

Our boats are accessible for passengers with a foldable wheelchair, as long as you’re able to take two or three steps to get on and off the boat. We recommend boarding at the Anne Frank House location, as the Central Station stop has a steep staircase down to the dock.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. However, if you board at the Anne Frank House, you can grab a snack or drink at our Smidtje Canal Café and bring it on board. If you’re boarding at Central Station, snacks and drinks are available on the boat.

No worries! In case of bad weather, our boats are covered and heated. During summer, you can enjoy the sunshine through the open roof and relax on the back deck. Our cruises are a great experience all year round!
